Are you digging your grave with your teeth?
- Are you overweight and failed in your efforts of losing weight for years? May be intermittently you managed to shed few kilos through crash diets, gymming or following nutritional formula. But within few months again gained back more than what you had lost.
- If you can relate this phenomenon to yourself; then you must read this post several times till you get the point fully. If needed, feel free to call me to get clarifications. Any number of times.
- The good news is you need not starve yourself to shade loads of weight; neither is it mandatory for you go through rigorous physical activities.
- However, you do have a choice to combine this process with whichever processes you are currently following for losing weight.
- The fact that you have not been really successful in losing and maintaining the desired weight so far in your life; it means that may be you are not aligned to the idea of losing weight completely.
- Think about it. Maybe sometime you consciously choose to do something about it and get into exercise, and/or crash diets and as a result shed few kilos.
- But, have you realized that subconsciously you hate going through the torcher of exercise and dieting.
- Yes. You heard it right.
- Do you also realise that your conscious mind is really very miniscule when compared to your subconscious mind?
- With this clarity, I invite you to take the following action.
- Sit alone in silence for 20 minutes.
- Close your eyes and connect with your subconscious mind. And have conversation with your subconscious mind. Why do you want to loose weight? Is it to look better and younger? Or may be to live longer?
- Together (Your conscious self and Subconscious) come to an agreement for the reasons for losing weight.
- Your objectives must be selfish. You must be capable of announcing this objective out aloud and in plane English, repeat it frequently to yourself.
- The objective of living long and healthy life, will carry many sub-objectives with it.
- Remember to include the word Together in your objectives. Repeat your objective several times aloud every day and simply go about various activities daily.
- Also remember to keep track of your weekly body weight.
- Within faith, try this for 12 months. Remember to share your experiences with me and people in your life.
